Kichijoji's specialty, Hanami senbei, "Inokashira senbei" -- senbei with the letter "in" of "Inokashira"! Simply delicious!
I tried "Inokashira Sembei", a specialty of Kichijoji "Hanami Senbei". Inokashira Sembei" is a rice cracker baked in the shape of the character for "Inokashira" (the head of Inokashira). The rice crackers are made of Uruchi rice and flavored with soy sauce. The impactful appearance makes it a good souvenir.
