Ippudo "Thick Tsukemen" with thick glutinous noodles, hot pork bone and seafood dipping sauce, black seven spice and tenkasu "special tanuki-dama" with sansho (Japanese pepper) flavor!

Ippudo is introducing "Thick Tsukemen" as a summer staple menu item. The noodles are made with tapioca flour and cooled in cold water to give them a thick, sticky texture, and are said to be smooth and easy to enjoy. The hot dipping sauce is based on Ippudo's mellow pork bone broth and contains bonito, mackerel, sardine, and other fishmeal, giving it a rich, seafood flavor.

Meisei Menjin Cup Dark-scented Tonkotsu (pork bone) soup with super-thick noodles!

Meisei Shokuhin will release a cup ramen called "Meisei Menjin Cup Dark Fragrant Pork Bone". The soup is said to feature a rich pork bone broth with the flavor of slow-cooked pork, garlic, pepper, and back fat added to enhance the flavor.
