Nakau's new menu: "Pickled Squid Yukke-don" with chunky pickled squid, egg, and deliciously spicy sauce Take-out also available
Nakau, a rice bowl and Kyoto-style udon noodle restaurant, will sell a "Pickled Squid Yukke-don" (squid yukke-don). The dish consists of rice topped with chopped nori seaweed and a generous amount of squid marinated in a sauce, along with a special egg and a yukke-style spicy sauce. Take-out is also available.
