Sushiro will hold the second "Sushiro Grand New Year's Festival". The lineup includes "Shiso Seared Mackerel Stick Sushi," "Seared Braised Scallops," and "In-store Steamed Soft and Throat Eel. The "Dai Toro", "Double Toro", and "Tokuneta Dai Toro" will be available only in the region, as well as "Triple Namaebi", "Triple Abalone (raw, steamed, and boiled)", "Double Ikaten Nigiri", "Double Grilled Toro Salmon", and "Double Natural Indian Tuna Negitoro".
