We actually purchased and tried the "Marinated Hokkaido Sardines and Nagasaki Aosa with Awajishima Onions" sold at Seijo Ishii. The marinade is based on onions (from Awaji Island), daikon radish, homemade carrot rapeseed and scallions, and topped with mai sardines, semi-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives and edamame.

I actually tried the "Tai-dashi Shio Ramen," a ramen menu item offered at Sushiro. The triple broth is made by adding the umami of scallion and chicken to a base of broth made by boiling sea bream ara, and then adding the umami of scallion.
