Nakau will be offering a "Marinated Tuna Tekka-don" (bowl of rice topped with a special egg). The dish consists of rice topped with a "special egg" broiled in a broth made from "kosokutei tamago," a richly flavored shredded nori seaweed, and a generous portion of tuna cubes marinated in a special sauce based on white soy sauce.
