Fujiya's "Koshu Fuefuki demi sec" winter-only chocolate using Koshu wine
Fujiya has introduced a winter-only chocolate "Koshu Fuefuki demi sec" made with Koshu wine. The chocolate is made from Koshu Fuefuki demi sec, a brand name produced in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, from the Koshu grape variety, which was registered with the Office International de la vignet du vin (O.I.V.), a Japanese grape and wine organization, in 2010 for the first time in Japan as a variety used for brewing wine. The brand name is "Koshu Fuefuki demi sec".
