CHOYA Bonbon Chocolat 2023, chocolates for Valentine's Day containing original plum wine aged with Nanko-Ume from Kishu, Japan, is now available. Four flavors are available: "Aged Umeshu (plum wine) x Ganache," "Ripe Ume x Joule," "Aged Umeshu (plum wine) x Praline," and "Aged Umeshu (plum wine) x Umeshu Ume," and an assortment of "YAMABUKI (ganache, joule, plum wine)" and "KINARI (ganache, joule, plum wine)" are available. KINARI (ganache, jelly, praline)" will be available as an assortment.
