It was written that it was for a limited time, so I checked how long it would be on sale ... until the end of October. shock! However, when I looked into the shop with no use, it was still on sale! miracle!!
Maybe there are still shops near you, so let's review the taste.
This is a 70% cacao chocolate brownie layered with cream using Hokkaido pumpkin and topped with chocolate streusel (crumble). The ratio of brownie to pumpkin cream is about 2: 1. Pumpkin cream, quite thick.
When I cut it, large raisins were kneaded into the brownie. The sense is that no matter where you cut it, the raisins will come out!
By the way, if you cut one into 5 equal parts, it will have just the right volume for a snack.
When I tried it, the pumpkin cream was insanely rich in both taste and texture! It has a nice texture and a long stay in the mouth, and the chewy sweetness stays for a while. On the other hand, chocolate brownies have a moist texture and melt quickly when you put them in your mouth.
Also, the crispy streusel is also bitter, so the overall sweetness is modest. The bittersweetness of the cacao, which is slowly chased afterwards, enhances the sweetness of the pumpkin.
It costs about 1,000 yen per bottle, so it feels a little extravagant for a moment, but if you divide it into 5 equal parts, it's about 200 yen per cut, so this deliciousness is at all. I wonder if the cost performance is rather high. If you find one, why don't you try it as your last chance?
And Mr. Seijo Ishii, please sell this next year as well!
