"Special Anpan", a collaboration between the Japanese sweets shop "Toraya" and Imperial Hotel Tokyo, is on sale from October 1st to November 30th at the shops "Kalganchuwa" and "Toraya Imperial Hotel Store" in Imperial Hotel Tokyo.

This product is anpan made from Toraya bean paste and baked at the bakery of the Imperial Hotel. It is sold as a set of 3 types of "Ogura bean paste" (mashed bean paste), "gozen bean paste" (koshi bean paste), and "white bean paste". The price is 1,620 yen (tax included).

Ogura bean paste is made by wrapping bean paste with croissant dough and topped with white sesame and black sesame. You can enjoy the refreshing texture of bread dough and the aroma of sesame seeds.

The bean paste is made by wrapping the bean paste in brioche dough with matcha. The upper surface is powdered sugar blended with brown sugar, and a "tiger stripe pattern" is designed after Toraya.

Shiroan is a soft white bean paste blended with fresh cream wrapped in brioche dough and baked with cookie dough. Kinako is combined to give it a fluffy texture.

Sales time is from 12:00 for both Karganchuwa, Toraya and Imperial Hotel stores.
