The Taiwanese tea cafe "Saisabo" will open on October 3rd on the first floor of the new commercial facility "CASCADE HARAJUKU" in Harajuku.


Saisabo is the first cafe "fresh tea" and "happy lemon" that has more than 650 stores around the world, mainly in Taiwan and China, to open as a new business format for Japan. Various drinks based on Taiwanese tea imported directly from Taiwan are offered.

Among them, the dessert tea "Iwashio Cheese Tea", which is said to be very popular in Taiwan, will be the "first landing in Japan" this time. Finished by floating cream cheese like white foam on top of Taiwanese tea poured into a glass. If you taste Taiwanese tea and cream cheese at the same time, you can feel the "unique mellowness that has never been seen before".

First, enjoy the richness of the cream cheese in the upper layer, then enjoy the refreshing taste of the tea in the lower layer, and finally mix and drink to enjoy three levels of deliciousness.

In addition, food and sweets represented by the night market in Taiwan will be provided with arrangements for Japan. The lineup includes "Minced pork rice", which is made by boiling sweet and spicy meat with spices such as star anise, and then sprinkled on rice with broth, and "Minced pork rice," which is a thin Taiwanese noodle dish similar to somen noodles.


The sweets menu includes "Tieguanyin Rare Cheese," which you can enjoy by sprinkling the original Tieguanyin tea (oolong tea) sauce on a rare cheesecake, and "Tieguanyin Rare Cheese," which you can enjoy while melting cotton sweets wrapped in mango, ice, and tapioca with rich milk tea.
