Sweets "Sweets Benedict" that look like "Eggs Benedict" are being offered at Hotel Hankyu International (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) at the Tea Lounge "Parterre" on the 2nd floor from September 1st.

This is a new dessert inspired by the popular "Eggs Benedict" breakfast menu. The chiffon cake, which is made by kneading the tea leaves of black tea into the dough and baking it softly, is topped with apple compote.

In addition, Eggs Benedict's "egg yolk" is reproduced with orange sauce, and "Olandaise sauce" poured from above is reproduced with sweet anglaise sauce. When you break the orange sauce, the sauce melts from the inside, and you can enjoy the exquisite harmony of the two sauces.
