Custard Lab Tokyo is a specialty store that pays attention to the "custard" that was introduced from Europe to Japan in the Meiji era, and offers the special custard that "seriously researched and developed". Products featuring custard cream, which uses carefully selected eggs, milk, and flour and is slowly finished on a custard machine in the store, will be on sale.

Recommended products are "Tokyo Shoe Zack" (280 yen / tax included, same below) with a crispy Danish pastry and plenty of custard with low sweetness, and "Japan's best egg" from Hyogo prefecture, with caramel. The custard pudding "Simply pud" (480 yen) is finished by making the best use of the taste of the ingredients without using fragrances.
