I visited a store in 46 STREET near NY's famous Times Square. The store has two floors and has a full-fledged bar counter. The impression is that it is more like a casual dining than a hamburger shop. When I visited around 17:30 on weekdays, the audience seats were about half full.

You can choose patties, buns, vegetables, dressings, etc. for the hamburger at the store to taste it to your liking (additional charge may be required for some items). For example, the main patties are not only beef, but also chicken, mutton, turkey, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Patties made with beans and quinoa for vegetarians. Of course everything is organic. Also, among the 4 types of buns, there is a gluten-free wrapped in collard green, and there are 14 types of vegetables, so how many combinations can be made!

But in the first place, it takes time just to read the words of the choices, and I don't know which combination is delicious ... I thought, there was a hamburger menu that was properly combined. The clerk recommends THE STANDARD, COUNTY FAIR, and HOG WILD. I was curious about bison (buffalo) and wild boar (wild boar), but I ordered THE STANDARD, which was said with a smile, "I recommend it for the first time because it is a common cheeseburger."

The hamburger, which was carried in about 10 minutes, was about the size of a Mac bun and was smaller than the big American size I had imagined. But it's tall and voluminous.

The recipe for this hamburger is buns = brioche bun, patty = beef, cheese = colby, vegetables = stout onions & dill pickles, sauce = special sauce.

Colby cheese, which is not as strong as cheddar, pickles that are refreshing but have an exquisite taste (the most delicious burger I ate during my stay!), Sauce that looks like a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise, and sweetly fried. The onions that were squeezed ... Each one complements the taste of Patty well. Even those who think, "A little hamburger is a bit ...", I think it's easy to eat. It has a gentle taste that is likely to become popular in Japan.

Also, the french fries I ordered from the side menu was a type with shredded skin. Crispy & fluffy! It is said that it is fried in non-genetically modified canola oil.
