Fresh peach pavlova is a smooth meringue dough topped with amazake-style cream and azuki, peach pulp, and peach cardamom sorbet. Finished with a mildly sweet peach sauce. You can enjoy a mix of Japanese and Western flavors with amazake-style cream and azuki beans.
