At the cafe "Honmachi Saryo" in Inuyama Castle Town (Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture), a new flavor "Strawberry Flavor" of the popular menu "Fluffy Kakigori" is being offered from July 7.


Fluffy shaved ice is a shaved ice that has a kotori-like appearance and a powder snow-like texture. The ice itself is flavored and does not sprinkle with syrup like regular shaved ice, so you can enjoy a fluffy texture. In addition to the strawberry flavor that appeared this time, there are 5 flavors: matcha, mango, milk, and pudding. To go is also possible, and the price is 500 yen each (tax included, same below).

Honmachi Saryo is a "Japanese cafe" that is a renovation of an old folk house over 100 years old, facing the main street "Honmachi Dori" in Inuyama Castle Town. In addition to the same menu, handmade "Frutsu Warabimochi" (400 yen) and drink "Awayuki Shake" (500 yen) with fresh cream are offered.
