A full-scale shochu for highball "WAKASHIO 515 for Highball" has been developed. The original highball "Satsuma Highball" using this product will be offered at each Tsukada Farm store in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture from June 10th.

WAKASHIO 515 for Highball is a sweet potato shochu jointly developed by AP Company, which operates Tsukada Farm, and Wakashio Sake Brewery (Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture). Wakashio Sake Brewery's sweet potato shochu is aged in sherry barrels for 10 years and blended so that you can enjoy the mellow taste and aroma when you divide it with carbonic acid. The aged scent of a gorgeous and sweet sherry barrel like vanilla gives it a mellow and elegant taste. Also, because it uses rice jiuqu, it goes well with Japanese dishes that use rice, miso, and soy sauce, and is suitable for sake during meals.

The offer price is 530 yen (excluding tax), and it is scheduled to be offered for 6 months, but it will end as soon as it runs out.
