This is a cold salted bukkake udon noodle with marinated shredded cabbage and onion slices finished with sweet and sour sauce, and a generous amount of "pork shabu-shabu" seasoned with udon soup stock. While satisfying the desire to "eat solid meat!", It is said to be a dish that can be eaten refreshingly even in the hot and humid season. By the way, this is the first menu using "marinated".
● I tried to eat it a little earlier!
Prior to the release, the En-eating editorial department had a chance to sample the pork bukkake!
Freshly beaten and boiled udon noodles that have been crispy in cold water. Add salt bukkake to this and top with marinade of vegetables and pork. Served with special mayonnaise and grated radish.
The cool, cold salt bukkake is accented with the moderate sweetness and sourness of the marinade. It doesn't have the pungent sourness that I had imagined when I heard that it was marinade, and it was so light that I could drink up to the last drop. If you mix the whole thing and eat it, the mellow richness of mayonnaise will melt and spread, and the sweetness, saltiness and acidity will be exquisite. The fresh bitterness of grated radish also tightens the overall taste.
The chewy and chewy udon noodles are thick and long, and you can fill your mouth with just one noodle! Oh yeah, this is this. This is delicious for Marugame Seimen udon! It makes you feel the joy of chewing and eating.
The vegetable marinade has a cool crispy texture, and the pork shabu-shabu is light but full of fat sweetness as you chew. Marriage with rich mayonnaise is also the best, and by the time the udon bowl is empty, my tongue and stomach are very satisfied.
It's refreshing with cold saltiness and sourness of accents, but it's a hearty meal that doesn't end there. There are plenty of vegetables, so I have a feeling that it will be popular with healthy people and female customers. The menu was so complete that I wanted to nominated "Pig Mari" for this year's buzzword award as soon as possible!
The sales period is scheduled for mid-July, but depending on the sales, some stores may end early. If you find pork mari in Marugame Seimen near you, be sure to try it before it sells out!
* Editor's postscript (June 9th): I was informed that the menu name was changed as follows.
Before change: "Pig marinade" → After change: "Pig marinade"
