"Caramel Mille Crepes", which is a layer of 30 layers of dough and handmade charred caramel cream, was released on April 28 from patisserie accueil, a confectionery specialty store in Meguro, Tokyo. The price is 400 yen per cut and 1,300 yen per bottle, both excluding tax.

This product is a milk crepe made by stacking 30 layers of "extremely thinly stretched" milk rape dough, which was originally developed by the store. I usually use a frying pan, but the shop says that the dough is baked in the oven. As a result, you can enjoy a soft and moist texture even with 30 layers of mille crêpes.

The cream sandwiched between the doughs is a charred caramel cream with a low sweetness and fresh cream. Furthermore, by adding a sour orange sauce to the top surface, it is said that it has a refreshing and timeless taste.
