Kabaya will release two types of "Marugame Seimen Pretzels" that are tied up with the Sanuki udon specialty store "Marugame Seimen" on May 5th. The price is 100 yen (excluding tax).
How about crispy udon noodles?
This product is a short pretzel that uses the same type of wheat as Marugame Seimen. Kelp, bonito extract powder, mentsuyu, and green onion chips are kneaded into the dough to reproduce the taste of Marugame Seimen's soup stock. There are two flavors, "Kamaage udon flavor" and "Vegetable kakiage udon flavor", both of which come with "ginger flavor powder" in a bag. You can enjoy the crispy texture.
