According to the media , the girl's name is Na'ama Uzan, a five-year-old living in Toronto. She has two older brothers, Nadav, who is fighting an intractable disease called Angelman Syndrome, which makes it difficult to walk or even talk.

Na'ama stands up because of Nadav. He decided to donate the money he collected from selling lemonade and muffins at handmade "stalls" to the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics, a non-profit organization that seeks to cure the disease.

And less than a year after it started, she succeeded in raising a whopping $ 25,000 (about 3 million yen) in donations. A big help was a couple living in California, USA, who learned of her struggle and raised more than $ 20,000. They have a son who has the same illness.

Angelman Syndrome currently has no cure, but in the future, advances in medicine will surely cure the disease. Their donations will be used as a grant for the research.
