● Lemon cream chicken pasta (1,980 yen)

Cream pasta with lemon cream sauce mixed with fitcine (belt-shaped pasta) and spinach and red peppers. Topped with roasted asparagus and grilled chicken.

It's cream pasta, but the sourness of the lemon makes the back mouth refreshing. The crispy and textured asparagus brings the scent of spring to your mouth. When you fill your mouth with moist and juicy chicken, the trapped gravy overflows.

● Donut lollipop fondue (900 yen)

With 2 kinds of hot sauce
With 2 kinds of hot sauce

A ball-shaped donut filled with creamy New York cheesecake. It is topped with powdered sugar. The plate is served with warm chocolate sauce and caramel sauce to dip the donuts and homemade peanut pretzels.

The donut dough is chewy! The sweet and sour taste of cream cheese that melts from the inside and the rich richness wrap the tongue. Both the bitter chocolate and the milky caramel sauce go great with donuts, but I personally preferred to eat with caramel sauce.

The sourness of cream cheese and the sweetness of caramel sauce complement each other.

In addition, the peanut pretzels that accompany it are delicious with a crunchy texture and aroma. You can enjoy the contrast of texture by eating it alternately with fluffy and chewy donuts.

● Palm Springs Punch (940 yen) and Strawberry Fruit Punch (1,510 yen with pint glass)

"Fruit Punch" is a drink that uses plenty of fresh fruits and is often drunk during the spring graduation season in the United States. The alcohol menus arranged from this are "Palm Springs Punch Pineapple" and "Same Raspberry".

Pineapple is a cocktail based on Jim Beam, which is a mixture of fresh pineapple, pineapple juice, elderflower syrup, and ginger ale. With the refreshing sweetness of popping pineapple, it is full of tropical atmosphere.

Raspberries, on the other hand, are cocktails that combine Jim Beam with fresh raspberries, vanilla syrup, and soda. The flesh of bubble wrap raspberries is sweet and sour, and you can enjoy a refreshing taste.

For non-alcoholic drinks, there is also a transparent and red "two-tone" "Strawberry Fruit Punch". A spring-like drink that mixes fresh strawberry, strawberry puree, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, apple juice, and soda.

While making full use of the sweetness of juicy strawberries, it has a refreshing taste thanks to being divided with soda and lemon juice. It is delicious that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.

These spring menus are available for a limited time until May 31st. The menu is perfect for the season when the snow melts and the trees sprout, so why not feel the arrival of spring as soon as possible?
