◆ Aim for Mokotanmen Nakamoto!
The store is on the 4th floor of a building near the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. It's very close to the "super spicy" and familiar "Mokotanmen Nakamoto", so it's a good idea to aim here.
When you arrive, first pay 3,240 yen at the reception and choose a sake set. Personally, I recommend transparent or white ones that you can enjoy the colors. It is also possible to change to a different sake set on the way. It may be fun to drink the same brand in a different container and feel the difference in taste.
◆ Find rare brands!
Once you get a sake set, go straight to sake! All you have to do is pour what you like and drink it. There are always 100 brands available. Many of them are not widely distributed in the metropolitan area, and they are said to be replaced at any time. Probably because of the season, there was a lot of sake on this day.
The bottles have hanging tags with numbers on them, arranged in order. This number is combined with the list distributed in the store. For example, if you look at the list and find a brand you want to drink, you can pinpoint it, and it is also convenient to make a note of the brand you drank.
In addition, the number tag has a sticker that serves as a guide for the taste, such as green for "light dry" and blue for "rich sweet". If you have a favorite system, it will be helpful.
Oh yeah, there is also a sake liquor. A thermometer is also available, so take responsibility and heat it to your liking.
◆ Procure food!
Basically, you bring your own food. Of course, there is no carry-on fee. Enjoy your favorite food and sake mariage without worrying about it. You can leave the room on the way, so if you run out, you can go to the department stores and convenience stores around you.
Soy sauce that can be used for chopsticks, paper plates, and sashimi is available. You can also borrow a microwave oven and a kettle for boiling water for free.
By the way, light snacks are also available at the store. The lineup was "Toyama Bay firefly squid dried", "Tokachi cream cheese sweet sake stealing", "Ya Mi Tsu Ki Kuntama" (200 yen each), and so on. I wonder if this is fine if you use it from the second house onwards.
◆ "Kanpai with water" !?
Drink, eat, talk, drink, drink, drink ... When I was drinking while listening to the recommendations of various people, I got a "water-filled" call . As you read, it's time for all the guests to toast with water. It seems to be done once an hour.
A large amount of water is required to decompose alcohol. If you pour sake directly from the bottle, you will not know how much you drank, and you tend to drink too much. To enjoy drinking until the end and to prevent a hangover, let's drink the important companion "water" when drinking.
KURAND SAKE MARKET was an irresistible space for sake lovers, where you can fully enjoy "rare brands" that you rarely see. I'm sure that only people who like sake will visit. It seems that even one person can enjoy drinking while talking about sake with the people around him.
The store is located on the 4th floor of the S & K Building, 3-27-3 Nishiikebukuro, Tokyo. Business hours are from 17:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:00), and the number of seats is about 40 (standing). It can be reserved (consultation required). All seats are non-smoking.
