Sakurapiyori is made by layering pudding made from Nagoya Cochin on Gyuhi and Sakuraan, which are also used in Japanese sweets, and wrapping them in cherry-colored bavarois. The sponge crumbs (powdered sponge) sprinkled around the cherry blossoms, bavarois, and bavarois have a slight scent of cherry blossoms. In addition, the comb and feathers are said to have the image of cherry blossom petals and young leaves.

It can be purchased at "Cafe Gentiane JR Nagoya Ekimae Store" or "Cafe Gentiane Leger" in the premises of JR Nagoya Station.
