I jumped into the store at the same time as the restaurant opened. There was a tower burger of higher quality than I had imagined.


The Tokyo Tower store, where Tokyo Tower Burger is sold, is a newly opened store in the food court on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town. There is a limited burger sign at the store. In addition to the Tokyo Tower Burger, "Tokyo Tower Cheeseburger" is also available. I (the author) ordered cheese because it was a big deal.


After finishing the checkout, I was given a buzzer to inform me of the completion. It seems to be a food court. About 5 minutes after sitting in the seat and waiting, the buzzer sounded with a strong vibe that shook the table. I'm pretty surprised when I'm absent ... It's okay, I'm aware of it! I'll pick you up now!


We finally meet Tokyo Tower Cheeseburger. As expected, Mos Burger, a burger that does not betray the product image, has arrived! The burger, which is neatly placed in a paper bowl, is beautiful with the layered ingredients clearly visible . I sighed unintentionally. The red of tomatoes and sauces and the green of lettuce are also vivid.



From the bottom, the sandwiched ingredients are patties, bacon, chopped onions, ketchup, fried onions, chili sauce, tomatoes, patties, 2 slices of cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onions, chili sauce, and lettuce. Mos Burger describes this as "15 layers" including patties, but I claim that it is "16 layers" because there are two pieces of cheese! 16 layers ... amazing ...

The thickness seems to exceed 10 cm. It seems difficult to be independent, but thanks to the paper bag, it is well organized.


Well, that problem that is familiar in Tower Burger. It's time to worry about how to eat. However, there is only one option without other tableware. Crush it tightly . But when I crush it, it's too thick to bite ...!


When I managed to bite it, it was a very well-balanced hamburger. Chili sauce is moderately spicy, and probably because it is sandwiched between the upper and lower parts, it spreads evenly throughout. The point is that there are two patties. While making the best use of the taste of sauces and vegetables, it insists on the taste like a protagonist. And the saltiness of cheese and bacon is a good accent.

Overall, it was a hamburger that was finished in an exquisite balance while making the best use of the good ingredients. This may be a new specialty of Tokyo Tower .
