Five types of products will be released: "Hawaiian BBQ Pork," "Loco Moco Burger," "Hawaiian Pancake Mixed Berry," "Pineapple Pie," and "McShake Banana." There are 2 types of burgers and 3 types of side menus. Of these, four types are on sale in advance, except for McShake.
・ Hawaiian barbecue pork (390 yen separately)
"Hawaiian BBQ Pork" features square buns. From the top, pickles, coleslaw (sliced cabbage salad), savory pork, and pork patties are sandwiched.
When it bites, it has a strong spice scent. The spicy meat dish "Jerk Chicken", which is said to have originated in Jamaica, is filled with meat that tastes like rumbling. It is a "cala pork" that is softened by boiling for 4 hours or more. Inside, you can also see large lumps of about 3 to 4 cm. Many burgers are flat patties so the chunks are fresh. The pork patties are very thin because they are too satisfying to eat. I thought it wasn't necessary, but was it necessary to stabilize the burger?
Coleslaw also contains carrots and onions. However, it was a pity that the spices of cala pork were so insisted on the whole that the flavors of coleslaw and barbecue sauce were lost.
・ Loco Moco Burger (390 yen per item)
"Loco Moco Burger" that "the taste of" Loco Moco "is made into a hamburger as it is".
When you open the package, you can smell the fluffy cheese. The buns are topped with grated cheese.
The ingredients are eggs, beef patties, cheese, beef patties, and finely chopped lettuce, in that order from the top. That's the image of "McDonald's" with the addition of egg and lettuce. Thanks to the gravy sauce, it has a loco moco feel. Cheese also goes well. In addition to the gravy sauce, it seems that something like Mayo sauce called "Sweet lemon sauce" is also sandwiched, and you can feel a little like Teriyaki burger. The overall finish is cohesive.
However, there is one question. In my opinion, loco moco was like a bowl of white rice topped with hamburger and fried egg and gravy sauce. Where did the rice go, Mack! Will it come with white rice in March when it is released (unreasonable)?
・ Hawaiian pancake mixed berry (420 yen)
"Hawaiian Pancake Mixed Berry " is a dish that I couldn't help but care about. Petit pancakes and pancakes are on sale at Mac, but as far as I know, these are the first pancakes. The product image photo is taken quite beautifully, but what about the actual product?
The pancakes offered were a betrayal of expectations. The clerk muttered, "Oh, cute and cute." Two pancakes and soft serve ice cream with macadamia nuts. The flesh-filled sauce made from three types of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry shines brightly.
But contrary to what it looked like, the taste was disappointing. The texture and mouthfeel of the dough is good, but the taste is light. We recommend eating with the help of sauces, powdered sugar, and soft serve ice cream. It depends on the arrangement.
・ Pineapple pie (100 yen)
The pineapple version of "hot apple pie" is "pineapple pie". If you divide it in half, the filling with flesh will flow out from the inside.
The flesh of the filling is fairly soft and stewed, and while I don't care about the fiber, I feel that the pineapple-ness is impaired. I prefer apple pie. By the way, the accompanying staff refused, "I don't like sweet and sour pork pineapple, so I don't eat this either."
・ "Should eat" ranking
As a result of eating the "Hawaiian menu", the "should be eaten" ranking by the En-eating editorial department is as follows. The period in parentheses is the planned sales period.
1st place Loco Moco Burger (early March to late March)
2nd place Hawaiian BBQ Pork (February 10th to early March)
3rd place Hawaiian Pancake Mixed Berry (February 10th to late March)
4th place Pineapple pie (February 10th to late March)
??? McShake Banana (March 3rd to late March)
Regardless of whether they are "genuine taste" or not, I got the impression that they have devised a way to combine buns and ingredients. It seems to be a hit as a new product for a limited time.
