Ucy Seafood Service Systems will open "MELLOW BROWN COFFEE Jiyugaoka Main Store", a new type of cafe that offers "third wave" coffee, which has been booming in recent years, in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo on January 25th.


Mellow Brown Coffee is a new type of cafe that offers a new taste and value of coffee by a roasting and extraction method that makes use of the individuality of coffee beans from a single origin.

The store always has a lineup of 6 types of single-origin coffee carefully selected from all over the world. High-quality coffee is provided by extracting one cup at a time according to the taste of the customer, such as "paper drip", "siphon", "coffee press", and "espresso".

In addition to the mellow iced coffee that uses a custom-made coffee server, which will be introduced for the first time in Japan, the food menu also sells "waffle pancakes" that are crispy on the surface and softly baked inside. It will be done.
