"Ehomaki", a cake that looks just like sushi rolls, is now available. Reservations are accepted at the Maple's Shinjuku store (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). The price is 1,020 yen (tax included), and the product will be delivered from February 2nd to 3rd.


The choux pastry kneaded with black cocoa is likened to glue, and is finished just like sushi rolls. The omelet is souffle cheesecake, the cucumber is matcha bavarois, the kanpyo is thin long cream puff, the shrimp tail is chocolate, and so on.

At the same store, unique cakes such as "ramen cake" and "katsudon" are sold as the "station square dining room series". Limited-time products such as " Unaju " and "Oden" are also available. This "Ehomaki" will also be sold as a type of the series.

Reservations can be made to the store. Business hours are from 10:00 to 22:30.
