The Valentine's limited menu released this time is "Fiorentina SAINT-VALENTIN 2015 (with macaroons)" (620 yen) "Fondant chocolate 3 kinds of berry sauce" (980 yen) "Chocolate anmitsu with vanilla ice cream" (300 yen) ) 3 types.

"Fiorentina SAINT-VALENTIN 2015 (with macaroons)" is a sweet that you eat with warm chocolate sauce on a white chocolate dome in a cup. Colorful marshmallows, tapioca, and rose sugar (candied edible rose flowers) will appear from the inside.

"Three kinds of fondant au chocolat berry sauce" is a fondant au chocolat with warm sauces of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Sweet and sour berries complement the rich chocolate flavor.

"Chocolate Anmitsu with Vanilla Ice Cream" is a French-born Japanese-style sweet that was announced at the chocolate exhibition "Salon du Chocolat Paris" held in the fall of 2014 and was well received. The tokoroten, which is kneaded with chocolate, is finished with matcha au lait sauce, ice cream, and red bean paste.
