Amaou Piyori is a strawberry "Amaou" compote layered with pudding made from Nagoya Cochin eggs and wrapped in Amaou bavarois. The outside is coated with a powdered sponge containing strawberry powder, and finished in a bright red "chick shape". Combs and feathers are chocolate. Each one is handmade, so the facial expressions will be slightly different.
