This product is a Chinese steamed bun made using materials from Mie prefecture, the place where the company was founded, and onions, white onions, and Ise soy sauce from Mie prefecture in addition to Matsusaka beef. It is seasoned in a sukiyaki style and contains about 40% Matsusaka beef in the ingredients, so you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the beef.

The dough is manufactured by the "two-stage fermentation method". In addition to the fermentation performed after wrapping the ingredients in the dough, it is also fermented at the stage of making the dough, so that the texture is more firm.

The product is in a golden, luxurious package. Since it is individually wrapped, you can warm it as much as you want when you want to eat it.
