Marugoto Banana is a sponge wrapped with a whole banana and a generous amount of whipped cream, and has been a long-selling product of Yamazaki Baking since 1990.

In the renewal, the ratio of eggs used in the sponge was increased by 10% compared to the current product, resulting in a richer egg flavor. In addition, domestic flour has been added to make the sponge more moist and smooth. In addition, the use of long-ripened bananas has deepened the fruity flavor.

The packaging has also been renewed to recreate the design of the original gold leaf label.
