This time I ordered "break-the-fast". You can imagine the volume from the price of 16 dollars (about 1,500 yen). It is a menu with 2 toasts, eggs that will be baked in your favorite style (I ordered a fried egg), bacon, chorizo, mushrooms, and hashed potatoes.
Bacon is cut thicker than it is eaten in Japan and baked crispy and fragrant. Meat juice that overflows as you chew. I see, this is bacon that captivates Westerners!
And here, mushrooms are often eaten in Australia. It's thick and crispy, and it's delicious enough to be delicious without adding anything.
Chorizo has a sharp taste with a strong spiciness and saltiness. I wake up sharply. It's a strong seasoning, so it's a good idea to sprinkle it with toast or hashed potatoes.
In addition to this, a huge hamburger that looks like a child's face, scrambled eggs that are so thick that you can not see the toast, a cereal plate that is topped with yogurt with a lot of fruit on granola, etc. are all comfortable. It ’s so exciting!

◆ The hotel I stayed at this time
This time I was staying at one of the hotels operated by the Accor Group, "Siebel Melbourne Docklands". Cargo, where we had breakfast, is about a 5-minute walk away.
All rooms in the hotel have a kitchen, and you can buy ingredients at supermarkets and convenience stores and cook them yourself, so you can save on travel expenses. It looks like it would be fun to stay with a family or group!
By the way, the hotel also has a completely private heated pool, spa / sauna, and a gym where you can do yoga. There is also a conference room for business visitors.
