"Gotanda Meat Festival 2014" is to "eat and drink" Gotanda gourmet using "Gourmet Passport" which lists 35 restaurants in Gotanda. If you visit the participating stores and present your gourmet passport when ordering, you can enjoy the target meat dishes at half the price.
Gourmet passports are distributed at Gotanda Shopping Street Promotion Association member stores. It seems that you can get it for free if you use a member store.

In addition, at the opening event on the first day of the event, 1,500 grilled Fukushima beef will be distributed free of charge (first-come-first-served basis), the "G-1 Grand Prix" that decides the local gourmet food in Gotanda, and a laughing live on a special stage. An event is also planned.
The opening event will be held from 10:00 to 16:00 on October 25th. Fukushima beef will be distributed from 11:00. The venue is Nishigotanda Osakibashi Square (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo).
