A drink stand "sisters" using "real" raw tapioca opened on September 19th on the 1st floor of the commercial facility "WACCA IKEBUKURO", which is a 3-minute walk from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station.


Sisters does not use frozen tapioca, but offers a drink menu that uses "raw tapioca" that was created using a "unique manufacturing method." Raw tapioca, which is boiled in plenty of hot water and hand-rubbed in cold water, can be enjoyed with a chewy and exquisite texture.

The main menu of the shop is "milk tea". It is finished with carefully selected Assam tea leaves and plenty of milk. It is said that they are prepared every day without making them so that they can enjoy the scent of fresh tea leaves.


In addition, the dessert menu also sells "Premium" fresh cream software "CREMIA" with 25% fresh cream and 12.5% milk fat. You can enjoy the rich flavor with a distinctive milky feel and the refreshing aftertaste.
