Kyushu Pancake Cafe is a pancake specialty store that uses "original" pancake mix made only from wheat and miscellaneous grains carefully selected from all seven prefectures in Kyushu, and sugar made from sugar cane from Kagoshima and Okinawa prefectures. It opened in Daikanyama in May 2013 and is gaining popularity.

At the store opened this time, you can choose not only the classic "plain" that combines Miyazaki's "Takachiho fermented butter" and "Mikan honey", but also the popular pancakes at the main store, as well as jams from agricultural products from seven prefectures in Kyushu.
