The taste of the popular Tsukemen restaurant "Taishoken" can be eaten in the sky as "Taishoken Laa Don". A "donburi" style product with ingredients placed on top of cooked rice.
"Soraben" (a bento sold at the airport) "Daishoken Laa Don", which is a collaboration with the popular Tsukemen shop "Higashi Ikebukuro Daikatsuken", is on sale at Haneda Airport in Tokyo from September 5th. The price is 880 yen (tax included).
That tsukemen is a soraben !?
This product is cooked rice cooked with tsukemen soup as a dashi stock. It is a "donburi bento" topped with seasoned soft-boiled egg, special char siu, spicy chicken soboro, seaweed, menma, sprouts, and pickled ginger. If you eat noodles in a small cabin, you will spill the soup, so it is said that it was finished in a style called "donburi bento".
