This product is a combination of Sendai beef patty, "rich demiglace sauce" and "zunda arigo sauce" using "zunda", which is familiar in Miyagi prefecture's local cuisine. Sendai beef is soft and palatable, and the hamburger patty is made from coarsely ground meat of about 6 mm so that you can enjoy its mellow flavor and rich gravy.
