"Pear and Hazelnut Caramel Waffle" is a waffle that is hand-baked from an original blend of powder every day, with large cuts of pear, raspberries, and hazelnuts. It is finished with a special cream that is a mixture of hazelnuts, chocolate, and fresh cream, and a caramel sauce.

The mellow sweetness of pear, the texture of hazelnuts, and the flavor of special cream are exquisitely intertwined, and you can enjoy the autumn-only taste.

On the other hand, "Purple Imoto Chestnut Mont Blanc Waffle" is made by putting vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on the waffle and squeezing a generous amount of homemade Mont Blanc cream with purple and chestnut paste. Daigaku-imo with a “crispy” texture and chestnuts pickled in syrup along with the astringent skin are topped.

In addition, "Purple Imoto Chestnut Mont Blanc Parfait" (starting at 890 yen), which is a combination of Daigakuimo and syrup-pickled chestnuts with brown rice flakes, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, and a new alcohol-free iced tea finished with red grape juice and fruits. "Sangria Tea" (starting at 670 yen) will also be released at the same time.
