Bar Ofen is a bar that opened in July of this year with the concept of "a hideaway where adults can relax and enjoy alcohol." In addition to drink menus such as cocktails with old recipes, whiskey with 400 bottles, fruit cocktails using seasonal fruits, food made with handmade cheese and domestic vegetables of farmers who are air-fed from Paris and Milan every week. At the domestic craft beer drinking comparison event to be held this time, in addition to "Kura no Kaori" (Kyoto) and "Shiretoko Draft" (Hokkaido) using sake yeast, "Yokohama Beer IPA" brewed in the local Yokohama, etc. Seven kinds of "high quality" beer made by Japanese beer craftsmen will be prepared.
