New products "Nagasaki Turkish Rice Style Burger" and "Chichibu Waraj Katsu Burger Fukaya Negi Miso Sauce" were released on October 7th at each Mos Burger store (excluding some stores). Both are for a limited time until mid-November.

Nagasaki Turkish rice style burger reproduces Nagasaki's specialty "Turkish rice" with a hamburger. Crispy fried loin cutlet and green leaf, shredded cabbage, rich demiglace sauce, and Neapolitan spaghetti seasoned with tomato ketchup are combined. It's a hearty dish that you can enjoy various flavors at once. The price is 450 yen (tax included).

Chichibu Waraji Katsu Burger Fukaya Negi Miso Sauce is based on the local gourmet "Waraji Katsudon" in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. Large straw cutlet (pork loin) that sticks out of the buns, shredded cabbage, and green onion miso sauce are combined. The green onion miso sauce uses sesame oil, garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and chili peppers to create a addictive taste. The price is 430 yen (tax included).

These products were devised by the store staff in Nagasaki and Saitama, respectively, and will be the second in the "Local Creative Burger Battle". The first "Nagoya Fried Shrimp Burger Lemon Tartar" and "Kitami Soy Sauce Tonkatsu Burger with Hokkaido Pork" are currently on sale (for a limited time until mid-October).
