Ponde COFFEE "Ponde" in Ikebukuro
Ponde COFFEE in Ikebukuro is a cafe offering "Ponde", a bite-sized bread made of tapioca flour with a chewy texture. The author went there to buy some, as it is said to be a perfect souvenir!

Ponde" is a bite-sized bread inspired by the Brazilian "ponderquejo," which is said to be a taste of home. There are more than 10 varieties of "ponderos" handmade in the store, which change daily.
As soon as you enter the store, your eyes are immediately drawn to the rows of "ponderos" lined up in a row. They are priced at a very reasonable 80 yen per piece (tax included)! You can also enjoy them with a drink in the cafe space, but this time I took them out.

Seven flavors available for purchase
The seven flavors we purchased were cream cheese, coconut, meat sauce, cheese and pepper, coffee, basil, and sky pavilion. They're all so firmer and filling!
I had them put it in a cute plastic cup with the word "PO" on it.
