From Ministop's popular summer sweets "Halo-halo" series, "Halo-halo watermelon", which is based on the image of the popular "watermelon" as an ingredient associated with summer, is now available. It will be on sale from June 16th. All stores will go on sale June 23rd. The price is 320 yen (tax included).

Halo-halo that is particular about "watermelon" in both taste and appearance. By adding real watermelon pulp and nata de coco to the jelly that has the image of pulp, a crispy texture is realized. The green syrup, which has the image of a skin, is made by adding salt from Okinawa prefecture to the watermelon juice to give it a sweet yet refreshing taste.

Furthermore, even the "seed" of watermelon is expressed. Cocoa cookies are topped on the red watermelon jelly.
