The 4th Sushi x Craft Beer Festival

The 4th Sushi x Craft Beer Festival, an event where you can enjoy pairing sushi and Japanese craft beer, will be held for two days on July 1st and 2nd. The venue is "SPRING VALLEY BREWERY TOKYO" in Shibuya, Tokyo.

A gourmet event in which a conveyor belt sushi restaurant and a craft brewery collaborate to propose a combination of sushi and "beer that complements sushi." This time, which will be the 4th time, 3 conveyor belt sushi restaurants and 4 craft breweries from all over Kyushu and Okinawa will appear.

Participating sushi restaurants are Kaiten Sushi Heishiro (Fukuoka), Sushi Madoka (Kagoshima), Kaiten Sushi Maguro Wholesaler Yazaemon (Okinawa). Participating breweries are Hideji-Beer Miyazaki (Miyazaki), Retro Beer Monjiko (Fukuoka), Kumamoto Craft Beer (Kumamoto), Helios Sake Brewery (Okinawa), and Spring Valley Brewery sponsored by the event.

There are 15 types of sushi and 14 types of beer. There are also plans for sushi and beer pairing popularity polls, tuna dismantling shows, and stage sessions with special guests.

The venue is located at 13-1 Daikanyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The event will be held from 11:00 to 22:00 on July 1st and from 11:00 to 20:00 on the 2nd.
