HUGO & VICTOR The summer 2017 parfait collection is on sale for three months from June to August, one by one on a monthly basis. The price is 1,600 yen per type (excluding tax).

"HUGO & VICTOR" is a luxury sweets brand born from inspiration from cultures such as art and literature and a commitment to materials. We are developing sweets using fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits.

The lineup of the parfait collection announced this time is three new parfaits using seasonal fresh fruits in addition to the popular classic chocolate parfait. Available stores are Omotesando Hills store and Futakotamagawa Takashimaya.

A parfait of the cake "George Amado" that represents HUGO & VICTOR. Shanti cream is layered on bitter chocolate ice cream, and the crispness of walnuts and biscuits is an accent. The topping is vanilla macaroons.


A parfait with shanti cream layered on sweet and sour griot cherry sorbet. The caramelized pistachio and almond pistachio crumble are accented. The topping is cherry macaroon. The sale period is from June 1st to June 30th.


A parfait where you can enjoy the exquisite combination of lemon sorbet and shanti cream. The topping is lemon macaroon. The sale period is from July 1st to July 31st.


A fruity parfait with a layer of peach sorbet and shanti cream, plus peach poché and framboise sauce. The topping is Franboise macaroons. The sale period is from August 1st to August 31st.
