Natural ice "Shiroyama Mont Blanc Shaved Ice" is on sale at JR Kyoto Isetan 6F Salon store in Kitayama Mar Blanche, Kyoto. The price is 1,296 yen (tax included).
This is shaved ice made from the natural ice of "Nikko Matsutsuki Himuro", one of the breweries of natural ice. The pastry chef researches the temperature at which ice is scraped and the state of the blade of the machine, and scrapes it so that it melts in the mouth as thin as a feather. The shaved ice contains Mont Blanc, which has a scent of rum.
