Tenya "Pork Kakuni Tendon"
Kakuni pork is now tempura!

The seasonal menus "Pig Kakuni Tendon" and "Oedo Tendon" will be released on June 1st at each Tenya chain store (excluding some stores). Scheduled to be sold until July 19th.

The pork kakuni tendon is a menu based on Tenya's first appearance, "pork kakuni". Deep-fried thick-sliced pork ribs stewed in sweet and spicy fried pork kakuni tempura are said to have a juicy and soft texture that makes them unravel. Spinach, egg tempura, accented mustard and chopped green onions are also added, and it seems that rice goes well. With miso soup, the price is 780 yen (tax included).

Oedo Tendon is a menu of freshly fried squid, large squid, shrimp, and green bean tempura that is served in a sauce. You can enjoy the crispy outside and the fluffy texture of the live conger eel, which is prepared by the "live" method that keeps the freshness and taste for a long time even after landing. With miso soup, the price is 790 yen (tax included).
