New menus using "domestic beef loin steak" are now available at each Royal Host store (excluding the Komazawa store). It will be offered from May 24th with 3 dishes, "Western food set", "Steak pilaf" and "Steak".

The Western-style set "Domestic beef loin steak ZEN" is rice seasoned with a sweet sauce, cut and served with domestic beef loin steak. The spicy spiciness of Hokkaido wasabi pickled in soy sauce goes well with the umami of the steak. Served with the popular menu "Shrimp and Scallops Hot Grill (Small)" using scallops from Okhotsk. The price is 2,678 yen (tax included, same below).


Steak pilaf "Domestic beef loin steak pilaf" is a pilaf made from butter rice cooked in a store, topped with a generous amount of domestic beef loin steak. Pilaf is finished with garlic flavor by adding soy sauce and gravy sauce. In addition, the steak is combined with a mellow and rich domiglace butter sauce. The price is 1,814 yen.


"Domestic beef loin steak" is a dish where you can enjoy the fine and elastic meat quality and the taste of domestic beef. The garnish "with grilled cabbage" is said to bring out the sweetness of cabbage by rolling bacon and baking it. The price is 2,894 yen. You can choose from three types of sauce: "grated yuzu ponzu sauce," "demi-glace butter sauce," and "parsley garlic and dashi soy sauce."
