Gelateria Vitali "Chocolate Gelato"
A chocolate gelato specialty store is in Jiyugaoka!

The first chocolate gelato specialty store "GELATERIA e CIOCCOLATERIA" VITALI "" in Japan opened in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo on April 28th.

The menu was developed in collaboration with the chocolate specialty store "Vitali" in Florence, Italy. Gelato, which makes use of the simple and powerful tradition of chocolate making in Florence, is being developed for Japan.

Eight types of chocolate gelato are available. "Cacao Extra Amaro" equivalent to 80% cacao, "Fondente al Chocolate" equivalent to 69% cacao made from Venezuelan chocolate, and gelato of the classic Italian cocoa "Nutella" are offered.

100% "Kiji Pasturized Milk" is used for Vitali's milk gelato. It brings out the original sweetness and aroma of milk, and is said to have a rich yet smooth aftertaste. The recommended style is to mix rich chocolate gelato and milk gelato together and mix them in a cup to the desired strength.
