Boulangerie originated from Rue Monge in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, France, which is said to be a “bread fierce battlefield”. The signature product is the baguette monge (357 yen including tax), which is a bread that you can enjoy a chewy texture and a deep taste. In addition, the apple tart "Tartlet au Pom" (389 yen), which won first place in the gourmet contest of the French newspaper Le Figaro, and the "Brioche Fiyute Praline Rose" (713 yen) limited to Ginza Six.
